Rules and Regulations Overview

  1. Parking  
    1. Permissible 
      1.  Resident driveways 
    2. West side of community 
  2. Non-Permissible
    1. No parking on empty gravel lots 
    2. Zero tolerance for boat, RV, trailer, off road, dirt bikes, or other ATVs 
  3. Beach Access 
    1.  Permissible 
      1. ONLY APPROVED BEACH ACCESS POINT will be the north beach access path. Due to seasonal beach erosion, there is danger when trying to access the beach using any other location than the north beach access. No person should ever feel safe to walk out the rock retention wall, which is strictly prohibited from being used. Currently, the southern beach access point is not available due to rains and beach water. 
  4. Non-Permissible 
    1. South Side Beach Access - Temporarily washed out
    2. Do not use the rock wall for access and do not cross through neighboring properties for access. This is private property and considered trespassing.
  5. Garbage 
    1. There are community garbage bins located on the south side of the community. All garbage is to be placed in the bins. 
    2. No cardboard is allowed in the bins. 
  6. Other Items 
    1. Speed Limit is 10 MPH 
    2. All exterior lights must be off my 10pm 
    3. Noise to be kept at a minimum at all times 
    4. All personal property such as bikes and surfboards need to be stored in the garage. ❖ Hanging clothes outside to dry is not permissible 
    5. Operation of ATV’s, dirt bikes and other non-licensed vehicle are strictly prohibited 
  7. Fire Compliance 
    1. ★ Prior to having a beach fire, contact the Gold Beach Fire Department or other appropriate agency.
    2. ★ Fireworks are not allowed.
    3. ★ Throwing cigarettes or anything burning into the grassland area or off decks/patios is not allowed.
