Welcome to Sebastian Shores Homeowners Association! We are a private homeowners association located in Gold Beach, Oregon.
Sebastian Shores Homeowners Association was created to help maintain and improve the value of your SSHOA property and provide an exceptional quality of life. Our community is located on the shores of the Pacific Ocean adjacent to Highway 101 and within several blocks to downtown Gold Beach. We are less than a mile to restaurants, world class fishing, the Rogue River, hiking, biking, and so much more!
Our website provides a digital link to pertinent news, HOA meeting schedules and minutes, and other important documents. It is also provided as a conduit for residents to contact our management company or current board of directors regarding inquiries or questions about the community or a member’s account.
